1. Eligibility for Returns

   • The board game must be returned in its original packaging and remain unopened.

   • Returns are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
      

2. Return Process

   • Please send an email to ajgames@earthlink.net
     Ensure the game is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

   • Include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
      

3. Refund Details

   • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
